I am Natashia Y. Cheatham and I am extremely proud and grateful for the journey through my 15-year adventure as a healthcare leader. I have proudly served as the CEO of the largest network of outpatient substance abuse clinics, where I’ve dedicated myself to transforming lives and making a meaningful impact.

I am a graduate of Louisiana State University, and received a Master’s in Health Services

Administration and Finance from Mississippi College. I also serve as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Board of Directors of Mitoaction, and formerly the National Board of Directors for the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder.

Throughout my career, I’ve honed a diverse range of skills and expertise that have shaped my philosophy as a leader. With my certification in lean management, I’ve mastered the art of streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency to deliver exceptional patient care. Moreover, my deep understanding of healthcare technology has allowed me to identify groundbreaking solutions that revolutionize the industry.

As a trusted healthcare technology business consultant, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with organizations and teams, igniting their potential and propelling them towards success. My creative problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset have enabled me to overcome obstacles and deliver remarkable results.
